Regular Communication: As a member, you'll receive regular updates, newsletters, and communications from South Beach Community Incorporated, keeping you informed about community news, events, and initiatives. To receive these communications, please acknowledge by clicking the “Agree to communication” checkbox in the application form below.

2. Voice and Participation: Membership gives you a voice in important decision-making processes that may impact both estates. Your input, along with other members', is crucial in shaping the direction of our community and ensuring that the needs and concerns of residents are addressed. However, you are not required to participate in any activities unless you choose to do so.

3. Community Engagement: The more members we have, the stronger our community becomes. By joining South Beach Community Incorporated, you contribute to a closer-knit community where every resident has a voice, stays informed, and plays a part in building a brighter future for our neighbourhoods. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you—there are no obligations to participate. The reason we encourage you to become a member is that we can only represent members, not just residents.

How to Become a Member

Becoming a member of South Beach Community Incorporated is easy! To qualify for membership, you need to live in either Shoreline or South Beach Estates. Simply fill out the membership form below or download the membership application form PDF and send back to us, and our team will review your application.
